Hey everyone,
I’m not sure how many of you were following my blog before I abandoned it but apparently i’ve gained quite a few followers since.
I’ve still been losing weight and living healthily. I’m more active now than before, having a job that keeps me busy at all times, a boyfriend to keep me motivated and I’ve shed a few more pounds and plenty of inches!

i'm feeling really ashamed lately
i was so uninspired the past week, i was beginning to feel hopeless and ready to quit (where does that get me?). i’m sure it was only pms but i gained another 3 lbs during this process. a few days later, i got my period but i’ve been too afraid to weigh in since.
i need to continue eating healthily, actually get some exercise, and see where i am at the end of this week.
